This is a rec and lower-level travel tournament @ the Dugout in Parkersburg! Rec or lower-level travel teams! Lower-level travel team as in losing record. A new team moving up a year or more with no record or a losing record in that age may also qualify.

We will have the usual fun environment with activities in between games.

Champions receive a Sponsor belt and rings!
